Saviynt Strengthens Regional Presence with New Leadership in MEA
Identity security solutions provider Saviynt has appointed Kamel Heus as Vice President of Sales for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Based in Dubai, Heus will lead business development across the MEA, including Turkey, focusing on new sales, customer renewals, and partner expansion.
The appointment comes as AI adoption accelerates across industries like government, banking, utilities, healthcare, oil & gas, and retail. Saviynt aims to help organizations secure both human identities and these emerging AI-driven environments.
Strategic Priorities for the Region
Heus’ immediate focus includes:
- Deepening Saviynt’s presence in key markets
- Expanding into Saudi Arabia
- Growing local hosting capabilities to meet data residency requirements
- Addressing new identity risks associated with AI agents

Addressing the Rise of AI Identities
With AI agents gaining access to enterprise applications, organizations need visibility and governance controls similar to those applied to human identities. Saviynt’s Zuma platform provides this capability by tracking AI identities throughout their lifecycle and enforcing least-privilege access.

Heus brings 20 years of enterprise security experience from companies like Thales, Centrify (Delinea), and Sophos, where he most recently led the EMEA Identity and Access Management business. He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Computing from Université Grenoble Alpes.
