About Soatdev

Soatdev was founded in 2017 with a single conviction: most technology problems are already solved somewhere. The job is to find that solution, adapt it to your context, and build it properly. Today we operate from Brussels, Abidjan, Montreal, and Mauritius.

We have worked across financial services, aviation, real estate, and enterprise technology — on systems that process real money, operate real aircraft, and run the back office of real businesses. That breadth is not accidental. Complex problems rarely stay in one domain.

Artificial intelligence has been part of our practice since before it became a market category. We have trained models, deployed self-hosted agents, and built AI-native workflows for clients who needed real solutions, not proofs of concept. That experience is now core to everything we do. That infrastructure experience now extends to regulatory compliance — including connecting businesses to the Ivorian FNE e-invoicing system, a market most platforms ignore entirely.
