Salesforce is revamping its Agentforce Sales and Service editions—formerly known as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud—with a focus on bundling more value into core subscriptions. The changes, announced in a recent blog post, include price increases for the top three tiers alongside significantly larger allocations of Flex Credits.
The Core edition now costs $195 per user per month (up from $175) and includes 500,000 Flex Credits. The Advanced edition is priced at $395 per user per month with 1 million credits—replacing the previous Unlimited edition’s $350 price tag. Finally, the Max edition maintains its $550 monthly fee while offering 2.75 million credits instead of 1 million.
These new editions incorporate previously add-on capabilities directly into core subscriptions:
Agentforce Sales: Now includes Momentum, Slack Business+, and Tableau Next in the Core edition; plus Sales Programs, Premier Success Plan, and additional security features in the Advanced tier. The Max edition adds Agentforce for Sales, Coworker access, Salesforce Spiff, Sales Planning, Maps, Slack Enterprise+, and more Tableau capabilities.
Agentforce Service: Includes case management, Help Center functionality, and Slackbot in the Core edition; with Agentforce Help Agent, Premier Success Plan, full sandbox environments, and data protection features added in the Advanced tier. The Max edition offers Service Rep Assistant, Workforce Engagement tools, Quality Management, IT Service capabilities, and unlimited Coworker access.
Analysts note that while these changes simplify procurement for enterprises, they could also create new challenges around usage visibility and cost forecasting as customers scale their agent deployments. The shift from line-item purchasing to bundled subscriptions may require finance teams to develop new methods for tracking Flex Credit consumption and measuring return on investment.
