Seychelles-based fintech Fusepay has expanded its offerings beyond payments with the launch of Fuse360, an AI-native operating system designed for trade businesses. The platform integrates inventory management, order processing, invoicing, customer credit, collections, and retailer relationships into a single ecosystem.
Fuse360 complements Fusepay’s existing digital payment product, allowing businesses to manage both operations and financial transactions within the same interface. According to CEO Vidhyasahar Thiyagarajan, this approach addresses a common pain point for trade businesses: “We built it because we saw companies spending more time managing disconnected systems than growing their business.”
The launch follows Fusepay’s successful entry into Seychelles’ digital payments market and a $350,000 pre-seed funding round in August 2025. It aligns with Seychelles’ broader strategy to become an African leader in AI adoption.
Fuse360 features AI agents that automate repetitive tasks like payment reconciliation, collections reporting, and customer credit monitoring. The platform also includes a retailer portal for order placement, invoice access, and direct communication with suppliers.
With Africa’s trade sector comprising an estimated 244 million businesses and $1.5 trillion in merchandise trade (2024 figures), Fusepay is targeting a significant market opportunity as intra-African commerce grows under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
The company views Fuse360 as differentiated from generic ERP platforms by being specifically tailored to the needs of trade businesses, addressing their unique operational challenges with integrated payments and AI-powered automation.
