Telli Raises $15 Million to Reimagine Customer Service with AI Agents
Startup Telli has announced a $15 million seed funding round to accelerate the development of its AI agent platform, Charlie. This investment will enable B2C companies to build, deploy, and manage sophisticated virtual agents that handle customer interactions across multiple channels.
The company’s flagship product, Charlie, allows businesses to create customized AI agents capable of answering calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and conducting follow-ups - all without human intervention. Early adopters have reported significant improvements in efficiency and scalability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
“We believe voice is only the beginning,” Telli stated in a recent blog post. “As customer communication evolves beyond traditional channels, companies will need AI to manage these interactions effectively.” The seed round was led by redalpine, who noted that Telli offers a modern alternative to legacy CRM systems and call centers.
According to Telli, their agents have already processed millions of conversations for clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises like Sky, Enpal, and Vaillant Group. Beyond basic interactions, Charlie provides analytics dashboards that help companies optimize agent performance and identify areas for improvement in customer communication strategies.
The rise of AI-powered virtual assistants reflects a broader trend across industries as organizations seek ways to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency - particularly in customer-facing roles where demand often exceeds supply.
