AXIAN Telecom is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Vivek Badrinath to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Independent Director (NED).
Prior to joining AXIAN Telecom, Mr. Badrinath spent 3 years at Vantage Towers AG, where he served as the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board. During his tenure, he successfully led the establishment of the towers company in 2020, orchestrated its IPO in 2021, and facilitated its sale to Private Equity in 2023.
Mr. Badrinath’s Extensive Leadership in Telecommunications 
Mr. Badrinath has extensive leadership experience in the telecommunications sector. He served as CEO of Africa Middle East Asia Pacific at Vodafone, overseeing operations across regions such as the Vodacom Group, India, Australia, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, and New Zealand. Prior to Vodafone, he held key positions at Orange, including CTO of Orange Mobile and Group CTO, eventually becoming CEO of Orange Business Services and Deputy CEO of Orange Group.
Furthermore, Mr. Badrinath served as the Deputy Chief Executive at the renowned international hospitality group Accor Hotels, where he was responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, digital solutions, distribution channels, and information systems.
