iSON Xperiences has appointed Vitul Kwatra as its new global CEO, beginning this month. Vitul Kwatra succeeds Pravin Kumar, who has been worldwide CEO since its inception in 2011.
“After many years of dedicated service and unwavering commitment to our company’s growth and success since its inception, Pravin Kumar will step down from the role of Global Chief Executive Officer to take on a new role as Vice-Chairman of the Board,” said Vivek Gupta, Chairman of the iSON Xperiences Board. “Having an industry thought leader of his caliber on our side will be invaluable.”
Vitul Kwatra is a seasoned worldwide executive with over 28 years of experience working for multinational businesses in the BT 100 and Fortune 500 industries.  Vitul previously worked for Bharti Airtel Netherlands BV as Group Director: Go to Market Excellence—Africa.
In this position, he oversaw the strategy, vision, and execution of market-facing services such as Retail Distribution and Customer Experience in 17 African nations. He also worked as CITIBANK’s India Business Head for the NRI business.
Vitul has had important roles in renowned corporations like General Electric and American Express. He was the Customer Engagement Head at GE-SBI Cards, where he was responsible for delivering service excellence and revenue creation.
Vitul’s contributions throughout his career have resulted in numerous prestigious awards, including the GE India President’s Award, the GE People’s Champion Award, and Citibank’s Operation Excellence Award.
