Randgo, a bespoke customer, incentive, and employee rewards company, has recently appointed new members to its C-suite as part of its strategy to accelerate its vision of becoming the most impactful rewards provider in South Africa.
Kinola Pather as CEO, Juandri Kotze takes on the role of COO & Yas Mahomed joins as Key Accounts Manager. Together, they aim to help consumers, members, and employees thrive beyond their paycheck through tailored incentive and loyalty rewards programs.

“My vision is to empower financial wellness by making every rand of our members and employees go further. For the future state of Randgo, my long-term goal is to ensure we bring differentiated first-time propositions to market that make a real impact on end users,” says Pather.
With 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and loyalty programs, Pather brings a wealth of expertise to the table, with a core interest in behavioral economics and making a positive impact in the lives of everyday consumers.

“With my deep understanding of the company’s culture and the loyalty and rewards industry in South Africa, I am confident that I will continue to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction in our rewards and loyalty programs,” says Kotze.
Pather will be working alongside Kotze’s 12-year tenure with Randgo, whose role as COO is to ensure smooth operations and lead strategic initiatives, notably digital transformation, to guarantee the company’s ongoing and sustained success.

Completing the trio, Mahomed will be responsible for keeping existing clients satisfied and acting as an extension of the business, serving as a trusted advisor on loyalty and rewards programs.
“My experience working with international clients has taught me that adaptability and personalization are key when it comes to building and sustaining relationships, and I look forward to mirroring the same approach in my new role,” says Mahomed.
